Has anyone seen this and found a solution in Proxmox 6?

DRBD is not directly supported by Proxmox, LinBit provides the external storage plugin, so maybe ask them what's going on here..

As a started ensure that DRBD and it's services are correctly installed for PVE 6 and see if the drbdmanaged.service exists

systemctl status drbdmanaged.service
