[SOLVED] The error I get when creating a network adapter

I want to create a second network card on the virtual Machine. It does not let me create it.

Do you have a cluster (broken)?

Normally the /etc/pve directory goes into Read-only mode during this point.

Your Right, The second server is down. The problem has improved when I open the server.
