Dear Proxmox team,
May I thank you for proxmox ve?
I have the privilege to work with a few different virtualization techniques. Among them where/are VMware (ESX), Xen, and things like Openvz, vserver, Solaris containers.
I consider myself, at least, up to date on what virtualization solutions exist in the world. And how and when to use them.
Personally I don't believe Proxmox ve is ready for my/our production uses. We simple need more in the direction of user management, cluster control (load leveraging and such), and more managent of each server. But is it a rapid testing tool. Something where one could host acceptance environments, developement environments and such things. Testing out new configurations / software before they go into production.
Personally, at my home it is hosting everything I could have ever wanted to host .
Certainly I see proxmox ve develop in a way that may give it a strong foothold in the world of virtualization. Dare is say it... Yes I dare: It already has.
So again: Thank you.
