Hello, I'm having a really strange issue with my firewalls. I can't access the VNC console of my VMs when the datacenter firewall is active. It works fine when the datacenter firewall is not active, and even when I allow everything on the datacenter firewall. This leads me to believe that it's a blocked port issue, but even after allowing ports 5900:5999 and the VNC macro, it still doesn't work. Has anyone else encountered this issue before that doesnt make sense for me ?
After trial and error, I managed to use VNC on my consoles when ports 5000 to 6500 are allowed in the datacenter. Does anyone understand why, considering VNC is supposed to use ports 5000 to 5999? Also, when only the firewall of the PVE is activated without rules, it works.
