Tape Drive not detected since Proxmox 3.3

Hello everyone,

my tape drive isn't detected by the system since the last update from version 3.1 to 3.4. It is a simple SAS tape drive (Quantum LTO4 TC-L42AN) connected to a DELL PERC 6/i SAS RAID Controller. After several reinstallations with different version from 3.1 to 3.4, I found out, that the drive is detected up to version 3.2. The st and osst module are not loaded since version 3.3. I loaded them with modprobe but drive doesn't show up.

Any ideas how to solve this?

Hi,
I see the tapes also with pve3.4 (but with kernel 3.10 something changed...) bu on an lsi sas 9201-i16 controller.

What output do you get from the following cammands?

dmesg | grep -i ^st
find /dev/tape -ls
