Tape cleaning problem - Cleaning Tape not recognized

in my Tandberg changer is one Cleaningtape labled CLN... but no cleaningtape found in PBS, cleaning on the changer works though
What can I do?
Changer is listed as Vendor Tandberg, Model Storageloader

and the error/task log output you get when you try to clean it ?

can you please give the changer name too?:

proxmox-tape changer status <some-changer>

(replace <some-changer> with the id you gave it)

sorry, forgot the changer Name, the output with changer Name does not display the Cleaning Tape although it is insertet in Slot 7 ,
the slot is just shown empty.
In the Web-Interface of the Changer, the Tape is visible though and can be used for cleaning

then it's probably a changer settting (something like 'autoclean' or something) that also hides it

if we cannot see the tape, we also cannot load it
