Tag colour and order not retaining override colour or order

Applying this patch shows both tags at the same time – the correct one and the wrongly coloured.

And not only that. Over time the correct tags just keep adding themselves.

Good news: With the updates released under PVE version 9.0.15 yesterday, the wrong tag color after refresh has been fixed.

Another oddity is that the search overview seems to get it right even at times where the datacenter tree does not.

@all keep in mind that the label must al have lowercases, uppercases doesn't work (for me)
Just run into the same issues and after changing them al to lowercases the problem was solved.

We had this problem upgrading from 8 to 9 months ago but now everything seems fixed, we have uppercase too
