systemd 100% cpu hang?

After a power cut I just faced this issue too in Cork. Thanks for the fix lads! Will stick with UTC going forward

FYI: For me, changing the timezone to Europe/Amsterdam in the Proxmox GUI, settled systemd again. Without a reboot.

Obviously, to fix systemd and run an upgraded version of it, a reboot is required.

Worked for me, I had Europe/Dublin zone. Fortunately I didn't restart servers so I didn't have to go in to rescue mode. Restart was not needed to fix it.
