[SOLVED] Syslog of a linux container

in a linux container (ubuntu for example), where can I find the logs? usually / var / log / syslog.
I don't find anything.

Not every distribution has a syslog anymore, it was somewhat superseded by journald (journalctl).

To use traditional text logs with systemd, edit /etc/systemd/journald.conf:

ForwardToSyslog=yes
