Hi,

i managed to create the Iscsi drive from my datastore storage (i have two proxmox servers that needs the storage)

i create the Iscsi, no errors there, i then create a lvm that points to my iscsi, no error but the status stays at Unknown. and the lvm does not show up in my lvm disks on my nodes.

does anyone have a solution?

Did you try to enable „Use LUNs directly“ (see your first screenshot)?

What is the output of:
cat /etc/pve/storage.cfg

(from each node)
pvesm status
pvesm list Proxmox-Lun1
pvesm list Proxmox-Iscsi

that's a different approach to using iSCSI than with LVM, which OP has already engaged.

pvesm list Proxmox-Lun1
This should be "Production-DS", I looked at the wrong line.

Please use Text output encoded in CODE tags. Its much easier to read. It would also make it easier to obscure your LAN IP, whether it provides you any extra protection or not.

You may want to allocate a disk from each node, to give the system a kick:
pvesm alloc Production-DS 100 vm-100-disk-0 1G
pvesm free Production-DS:vm-100-disk-0

Have you followed up on the error you received? The one that says "no such volume group exists".
Some helpful commands are:
pvs
vgs
lsblk

additionally, have you examined your system's log? "journalctl -n 500"
