switch from 1 NIC to other

my Asrock X570D4I-2T's X550 1 of port seems no lighting up anymore... i want to swith to other part to access proxmos,

NIC0=broken
NIC1=what i want to switch over

what is the easiest way?

also when do ip a, i only need nic0, nothing of nic1... i do see vmbr0 and vmbr1

It's generally just renaming the references to your old NIC in /etc/network/interfaces and running ifreload -a.
