SWAP usage problem (BUG?)

Hi.
I have a problem with the swap usage on my host.
I run 2 virtual machine, IPFIRE and UBUNTU SERVER

the ip fire run without guest addon installed, and the ubuntu server have the qemu-guest installed.

The ubuntu server have set swap space of 2gb and have 8gb or ram available , and after one week the proxmox host reach 90% swap usage..near to 8gb.

I have set the ubuntu server to swappiness 10 (very low)..
If I reboot the ubuntu server the swap proxomox is newly free...

I don't understand.. I need to modify proxmox host swap settings?

I can read here that is a know bug problem,
Was not fixed in the latest release??
