Swap usage is too much and I don't know why.

the Kernel will swap unused pages, this is normal behavior. See here for example https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/swappiness-question.42295/

As far as I understand, the problem is with the kernel version. I think this is not a problem. I don't have to worry is not it?
So does this kernel version make proxmox work inefficiently?

No you do not have to worry about this. The discussion in the linked thread is related to the swappiness value defined on the host, which defines the aggressiveness of page swapping.
