Supported total vGPU number

I see in the guidance document that the supported total vgpu number is < = 7. Why is only one of my settings available?

what do you mean exactly? the 'Supported total vgpu number <= 7' just means you cannot create more than 7, and 2 is smaller than 7... so its ok?
