Hello everyone, I’d like to request clarification on how support tickets are allocated under the Proxmox VE Standard subscription model.
If I purchase 8 Proxmox VE Standard licenses, will I receive:
  • A total of 80 support tickets per year (regardless of node), or
  • 10 tickets per node, based on each license, or
  • 10 tickets in total for my entire account, regardless of the number of licenses purchased?

As far as I understand it, it is:

A total of 80 ticket but only 10 tickets per node.
The license follows the node. So 10 tickets per license means 10 tickets for that specific licensed node.

And do note that if you are planning on creating a cluster then all nodes in that cluster need to have a license.
If any node in a cluster is not licensed then no support will be given until all nodes in that cluster are licensed.

im not working for proxmox, but i would expect it to be 10 per node as well.

a node always has to be fully subscribed, so each socket needs a subcription.
a 2 socket subscription still only has the same amount of tickets as a 1 socket subscription of the same type.

2 1-socket subscriptions have 20 tickets, but cannot be applied to the same node.

and as @Daniel-Doggy said above the subscription is tied to the node, not the socket.

Thank you for your response; it helps a lot.
