Suggsestion for SSD/HDD zfs config

Hi there,
The hardware collection is now successfully completed. So i wanna ask how is the best way to setup my zfs raid.

As disk is available:
2x 1,92 TB SSD Samsung PM883
2x 2 TB Seagte Exos E

My idea is to create two Raidz-1 Systems. But i am not sure what kind of parameters i have to use with the SSDs.
As far as i know there is a little different setup with SSDs.

RaidZ need a minimum of 3 disk per pool. You have 2x XXX an 2x XXX disk's. So can only build to pools with an mirror. So Raid1. No special parameter are needed. Here is my german documentation over it: https://deepdoc.at/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=server_und_serverdienste:linux_zfs

You can create your pools easy with the Proxmox GUI.
