In the PVE Dashboard, if the PVE has QEMU Guest agent it displays the IP address of the VM like this
Why not display that here?

Why not display that here?
The guest agent must be in the vmid.conf file, installed AND running inside the vm to get IP information, see https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Qemu-guest-agent
Both of the screen shots are for the same VM & the IP address shows in the PVE console
