Suggestion: IP management tool

I'd like to suggest a feature, an IP management tool.

Something simple, we just enter the IP blocks we have, and when creating a VM we get an error if we use the same IP on multiple VMs, and could even get a drop down menu with the currently available IPs.

How about it? Could something like this have a place on the PVE interface?

This is possible if you have only containers but we have also KVM guests and the host does not know the IP configuration of these VM´s. So its not possible to manage them.
