suggestion for backup options

I am evaluating Proxmox 4.4 right now and I was wondering abou the backup options.

• There seem to be only the option to set a weekday
  • it would be more interesting to set up weekdays (e.g. Monday to Friday), whole week or weekly or monthly backup
  • it would be cool to be able to define own rules
• Will old backup deleted? I haven't seen an option for that and after some weeks there will be several backups in the folder.

Hi,

you can do your own schedule backup as you wish editing crontab file.

Any storage has a maximum value for backup numbers, so you can use this.
