Subscription Key

Hi,
I have a valid Subscription on Mailgateway 5.2-7 and would to upgrade to 6.2-3 with a fresh installation.
After Upload the Subscription Key I am getting Invalid Server ID.

How can I transfer the subscription key from one installation to another?

If you bought the subscription through [1] you should be able to reissue the key in the shop interface.

To reissue a new key, follow these steps:
  1. Login to the shop [1]
  2. Select the subscription key you want to reissue
  3. On the tab "Manage Subscription", click the button "Reissue"
If you have ordered your subscription key from a Proxmox partner, you will need to contact the partner directly for help.
