My subscription key does not work after I have re-installed proxmox vm 8.0.3. can you help. I can not update my proxmox server. I purchased my subscription on July 23, 2023. Thanks.

you can reissue your subscription keys in your shop account up to 3 times by yourself. If you still have issues, please feel free to contact our shop team directly.
