Hi,
In an attempt to notify the users of possible spam I'd like to rewrite the subject from ANY email that originates from a domain we don't host.
Example:
Now, if it said "CEO" person's name BUT in the subject it said [External E-Mail] - then the subject it came in with; that would be awesome! This would notify the user in a clear manner that said "CEO" person is not the person from internal email and to further inspect it.
We had one come in today just like this with the subject of "RE: Important" then they asked the end user "Hi so and so, are you in the office". Of course, they replied "Yes" and then the phishing scammer replied back with absurd stuff about payments to some new vendor which then flagged the payable person BUT, it might not have.
If the subject were rewritten that would be helpful.
Does anyone have guidance?
Thanks!

Example:
External spammer / phishing attempt uses the name of someone in the company (CEO or CFO). They then send an email "from" said "CEO" and at first glance it looks like it's from the CEO but if you pay attention it is from some gmail or other external place like 1and1.com or something (some hacked server).
