subject field change

Greetings
This is my first post and first of all I want to thank you for such a great product, it really helped us a lot in the company where I work.
When PMG receives an email suspected of being SPAM, the rules we have correctly change the subject field to "[SPAM] __SUBJECT__" but in the logs I can't find any references to this change, neither in mail.log nor in syslog.
The questions are: is this change recorded in any log file? Is there a way to record this change either in mail.log or in syslog?

the Modify Field action does not get logged (we decided against including it in the logs because it might become too noisy)
