Strange reboot

Hi,
I have n.2 Microserver Gen8; I have changed the CPU with E3-1270 V2@3.50 GHz. They work fine until I have passed from Proxmox 3.4 to Proxmox 4.2 (same problem with 4.3 and 4.4)

During backup procedure (doesn't care if snapshot or stop mode) the server reboot without any logs and without any errors (kernel.log and system.log don't show any kind of error).

Can you help me?

Same problem with Proxmox 4.x on a similar system with a E3-1220L V2 @ 2.30GHz CPU here...

Any solution available (yet)?
