Stotorage of the VM configuration / user management

Hello,

Where can i find the konfiguration with the VM COnfiguration in it?

Can i create a new user in proxmox? With ACL?

for KVM guests, see /etc/qemu-server/VMID.conf

for Containers (OpenVZ), see /etc/vz/conf/VMID.conf

User management is not implemented in the current release, will be introduced in 2.x.
