Storage usage 100%

Hi there, please bear with me as I am new to this, my Proxmox is showing 100% usage which I believe is causing my VM'sot to run 100%, I have deleted a VM that I installed as a test but it still shows on my content, how do I remove the VM 300 from there or wont it impact anything?

You can SSH into your node and remove it manually. The 'local' storage is default at /var/lib/vz. You can confirm this by running the below and verify the path of "dir: local".

cat /etc/pve/storage.cfg
