Hello, I have 2 ESX with proxmox to install on each of them. I want to create a VM with openmediavault. I want to replicate the data on my NAS. On the 1st ESX, I have a physical raid with 4 disks of 16 TB and on the 2nd a software raid (raidz on proxmox) with 8 disks of 6TB. This is to be able to back up my data on the 2nd server and be able in case of failure to switch to it without wasting time. how would you proceed?

I use ZFS replication for that but in that case you need ZFS on both machines (and ZFS shouldn't be used ontop of HW raid).
