Storage Permission 403 Upload

When adding a user permission with the "administrator" role for "/storage" the user is still unable to successfully upload content to a drive and is prompted with the 403 permission error after the upload reaches 100%.

This still occurs even if you set the permission's path to "/" with propagate set to "true".
