Storage is not online

I have a storage is not online , i can not running my VM anymore, can you help me to solve this problem please ?

Does the NFS server online? ping the NFS IP storage to know.

Did you see anything in the syslog related to the storage error?

Can you umount and remount the storage?

the problem still even after the remount the storage

Can you check from the permission of the NFS storage? If everything ok, can you mount the NFS on another VM with no issue?
