How/where can I set the recipient address for the daily Status Report? I want it to be sent to another recipient, not to my address.

are you referring to the Admin report (with subject Proxmox Status Report - <date> (<fqdn>) )?
that gets sent to the address configured at GUI->Configuration->Options (on the top of the right pane) -> Administrator EMail
