Startup/Shutdown Order - LXC and KVM mix not working

Hi.

I have 3 vm's:
101 - Debian LXC -> Start at boot -> order=1
102 - Ubuntu LXC -> Start at boot -> order=3
201 - Windows -> Start at boot -> order=2,up=240

Expected:
101 + no delay
201 + 240 sec. delay
102 + no delay

Fact: 201 + 240 sec. delay
101 + no delay
102 + no delay
