I have folloved link below and delete root@pve:/etc/systemd/system/zfs-import.target.wants/zfs-import@md0.service
https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/second-zfs-pool-failed-to-import-on-boot.102409/
after reboot still have the same error as it is on picture
so I have edit fstab and disable /backup
#/dev/sdd /backup ext4 defaults 0 0
Now I dono't have startup errors
But still I can not start any virtual server, when I click start now nothing happend.
Any idea what to do to solve this. I have already replaced dead disk with new one.

Ok I made some mistake here when I load bios on default ond forget to enable virtualisation. When I enabled it I can start now my VM servers.
But still I get a dark screen and cant click anything
