I'm running two VMs right now, both running Ubuntu Server LTS 22.04.2. One of them is just a fresh install (running just the OS, nothing else yet) and that works fine. Starting it up causes no issues.
However, the second VM is also running some docker containers along with portainer. When I start this VM, proxmox and the VM work fine for around ~5 ish minutes before both of them become unresponsive. They also drop out of the network (they disappear from the router). The server also doesn't output any display after that, and the only way to force a reboot is to long-press the physical button which isn't optimal.
Recreating the VM and just moving the disks over did not help either.
The VM in question was running fine for a couple days before I faced this issue. Is there any way to fix this and keep the data? Thanks in advance!
I'm not sure what logs and stuff I need to post so I've included what I think is useful here:
Hardware:
Intel i9-12900H
32GB (2x16GB) SODIMM 2400 RAM
2x1TB Samsung 870 EVO (the VM uses 900GB out of one of these disks as a second drive on scsi1)
1TB Crucial P3 Plus NVMe (the main disk for proxmox, also holds the boot drive for the VM on scsi2)
Software:
Proxmox v8.0.4
