What exactly do you mean?
I guess you want some bare metal experience (Display output of VM on your display + inputs of your physical keyboard/mouse going to your VM + using USB devices connected to the PVe host inside the VM) when running Win VM on PVE?
If that is the case then you would need to PCI passthrough a GPU + USB passthrough the mouse/keyboard (or better PCI passthrough a USB controller card).
 
Yes i wanna use ONLY my host pc and boot windows virtual machine without start other pc.
Yours is a solution?
