[SOLVED] stalling on starting the installer gui

I've been trying to install proxmox on a new build I made but it keeps stalling on starting the installer gui and I haven't seen any resources that explain how to correct the issue, if anyone can offer any advice I would be very grateful.
for more info the build is running:

Intel Core i7 12700
2x Samsung 970 EVO Plus SSD 2TB NVMe M.2
2x G.Skill RipJaws S5 Series (Intel XMP) 16GB Ram
GIGABYTE B760M DS3H AX Motherboard

and the logs end at:

starting chrony for opportunistic time-sync...
starting a root shell on tty3.
starting the installer GUI - see tty2 (CTRL+ALT+F2) for any errors...


and if I check there for errors I just get this:

I changed my video output from the graphics card to the igpu and it was able to get out off the stall, it errored out regarding a framebuffer and I was able to use this thread to resolve the issue.
