SSL Key issue

i created 8 nodes no issue all of the sudden there is a werid issue when i add the node to a cluster they are all Verison 6.2 i see the the https then i join the cluster everything ook fine no error but then i cant access the new node form the other nodes i see this i the CLI when i run service pveproxy status
"/etc/pve/local/pve-ssl.pem: failed to use local certificate chain (cert_file or cert) at /usr/share/perl5/PVE/APIServer/AnyEvent.pm line 1737."

then from the other nodes i click on node that is not working an i will click on local drive space for the node that is not working and get this error msg
"communication failure (0)"
