What do you mean by "going to shell"? Is this ssh proxmox-node or using the console in the PVE gui?

Yes via the console PVE GUI - also i cant manage any VM's from another host because it keeps trying to connect via IPv6 - it was working fine yesterday then suddenly out of no where i started getting replication errors with no other changes
