Hi bros,
I'm completely new to proxmox. I just install proxmox on my server yesterday.
And i found that Spiceproxy on my server have no access control by default.
I want to setup access control for it using username and password? Is it OK?
Is there any side effect after i do that?
Here is the reason why I want to set access control for the proxy:
few weeks later, I setup a proxy server on my VPS from DigitalOcean.
And it also have no access control like this. By someway, some bad guys
figured it out my proxy address and use it for bad behavior - evolving to
a DOS attack or some blackhat activities of that kind. And my VPS quickly
run out of traffic and get banned by "Abuse Complaint"
My new server is also traffic limited. So i think i will be better to set access
control for it.
Hope to hear your advice. Thank you very much :d
