Spice launcher for windows available: proxc

Hi,

I created a new tool for Proxmox VE, its called "proxc" and its only feature atm. is that it allows you to launch a Spice Window within a guy on Windows and soon Linux.

Its especialy usefull if you want fast spice access to your Boxes or you have restricted accounts that want to launch spice without a browser.

Requirements

- virt-viewer installed

Usage

Copy config.json and edit everything in "<stuff here>", launch proxc and have fun.

Please let me know if you find it usefull and if you have improvement ideas.

Improvements I'm working on:

- Ask for password if not given in the config
- Start/Stop/Reboot buttons
- Open NoVNC Window in Browser
- Add remotes via GUI
