spice is not working when I try to connect from different internet

I installed new server below are the version details. I can access vm using console spice from same network but when I try from different network, I cannot access spice console but I can access novnc . I also adding below debug message of remote-viewer for .vv file. Please help me, I'm new.

Hi,

You must open the pve-spice.vv asap otherwise check the firewall and so on, because if the SPICE running on a local network it should work on a different network as well
