Faced with wrong encoding in Subject when tried to use custom spam report template with Cyrillic encoding.
Cyrillic encoding in email body is OK.

can you share your customized template?

without trying it explicitly - try entering the subject as html-escapes

Guys, hello. Can you explain what needs to be done in the end? I've figured out the substitution with escaped characters, but with the title, it won't work. The email subject will be gibberish.

The problem with Cyrillic in the title in custom template is still there with PMG 8.1.6.
