Hi Team,

I am new to pmg. I have added an email address to the default Global blacklist but I keep still getting those email in. I have tried to add it as a domain. Could someone advise how could I add email addresses or domains to be seen as spam glabally.

I'm having the same problem, in the sense that I keep getting reports from the PMG system that an email has been quarantined while I had already blocked the domain of the sender. It seems of little use to blacklist a domain or even just an email address. I want PMG to delete the mails from such domains altogether without notice, just like the Gmail spamfilter does.

I did not install PMG myself, it is my website host that installed it. But they don't know how to solve this problem.
