[SOLVED] Spam filter does not work on one mail

Hello. I would be very grateful if you help to understand this issue.
Settings Spam filter default, did not change anything. Spam filter level 3. The problem is that only one addressee info@tralla.ru, spam filter skips letters that must go to spam quarantine. At the same time, all the rest of these spam emails are quarantined. I know English badly, so I used translators, I apologize.

check the logs ('/var/log/mail.log') for the mail from info@tralla.ru - you should see whether it went through the spamfilter, and which rules hit.
