Spam Assassin "ALL_TRUSTED"

Hi,

I am using Proxmox Mail Gateway only as a smarhost relay for outgoing mail. I have allowed senders defined in Configuration > Mail Proxy > Networks. This allows these hosts to relay. I understand that Spam Assassin should treat those hosts sending outbound mail as trusted, however only some sources have ALL_TRUSTED set. How does SPAM Assassin determine what is trusted and what is not? Is there a Proxmox Mail Gateway setting that allows me to trusted hosts to ALL_TRUSTED?
