How do I get sound from Ubuntu 22.04 to work?

I have a Windows 11 Pro VM and the sound there works great, but no matter what I do I cant get sound from Ubuntu.

That is correct, I use RDP to connect to windows VM

I think the question was how you access that ubuntu. VNC got no audio, but SPICE and RDP does.

How do you get audio through RDP? Is there a setting that needs to be set in order for audio to work?
