hello proxmox community,

I recently changed my IP configuration in proxmox by the web-gui because I deleted vlans in my home network and i wanted to restart to something easier.

Now, i can not start the network in proxmox, i got a error message with sendmail.
network is active with systemctl but also i addressed an IP, i can not ping.
i attach 2 screens : systemctl status and my interfaces files.

previously, i had a bond but when i saw that it does not work, i tried to make it work with only one interface.
thanks for youy help

Hi, not sure if this sendmail network script is compatible with ifupdown2.

you can try to delete it (rm /etc/network/ifup-d/sendmail)

I think it's a script to restart sendmail on network config change. (do you have installed sendmail ?)

thanks for your reply,
i found the solution : sendmail was not listed as installed but i found some entries with the find command.
I was not able to reinstall it with the apt command, but it worked with the apt-get command, so i just reinstalled sendmail, and i found the network again.
