(SOLVED) Lost connection with xxx while receiving the initial server greeting

As said - the logs indicate network-problems (timeout while receiving...)

you could try to disable all content inspection on the firewall (they do sometimes cause problems)?

Yes, as you said, this is network problom.

I believe now the issue is solved!

Resolution
There is something wrong in my firewall, network team change the route of the email traffic to another firewall with the same ip public. Need principal support Cisco to resolve the firewall issue if needed.
