SOLVED How to disable start on boot VMs (proxmox unreachable)

Well, I did several mistakes. I passthrough a SATA extension card to TrueNAS(probably did it wrong) and set it up to start on boot. The problem? I didn't test if all was well and good before making it start on boot and now I can't reach the server in anyway... Once it gets into Proxmox the WebUI disappear even the direct connect screen goes blank. I tried recovery mode same thing...

I'm running out of option other than Redoing the entire server. Is there anyway to deactivate all start on boot vm before they initialize?

Well I did a little more research and found another thread suggesting disabling SMV(Virtualization) in the bios to prevent VMs from starting and it worked. Got back my access to the WebUI and the console and got rid of the problematic parameter.
