Hi Team,

Running the latest version of proxmox. Yesterday the server crashed and when I looked at the console I was getting a log of "serial8250 too much work for irq3" messages. I tried to reboot but machine kept on hanging. I had a copy of the qemu-server folder so took the disks out put in new disk created a new raid and reinstalled everything. AS I have the config of the vms, created them and added the disk and away it went. The only thing is some of the vms have snapshot that would be very handy to have. Is there a way to import those back in. The snapshots are all there. I use nfs as storage on an external nas.

Cheers,
Rajbps

if you have the config files, and the storage still has the storage snapshots, you can edit the config files with the snapshot sections from the original file

yes this is what i meant, but the storages have to have the same name as before, else it will not work
