Snapshot function greyed out?

The snapshot is greyed out and I have picked the right storage and eveything?
Followed all the instructions and using the correct storage type but the snap remains greyed out?
VM OS: Windows server

If someone could point me in the right direction that would be awesome!

Snapshot does not work with device pass through. It is impossible to make snapshot of arbitrary raw devices ...

Whats the best way to convert existing drives into the vm.
We need the m.2's to be have a partition that alot of different vm's must have access to?
